We all have the capacity to make the world a better place. We all yearn to be an essential part of something bigger than ourselves. What does it mean to teach from this perspective? 

 In this session, DJ Savarese challenges educators and parents to move beyond the limitations of labels. Participants will both confront common misperceptions about nontraditionally speaking students and leave with tools, strategies, and resources to foster each student’s potential, self-efficacy, and self-esteem.
